Description of research and teaching:
Sonsoles received her PhD in Telematics Systems Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (Spain), where she also obtained her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Telecommunications Engineering. She is currently a Senior Researcher at University of Eastern Finland. Her research interests involve learning analytics and educational data mining, educational technology, computing education, and big data engineering.
