After my return to Brazil, I worked as an educational psychologist in the Education Program in Cooperative Cells (PRECE/UFC) - Ceará, assisting in the training of students and teachers in 2015-2016. I started my specialization in Psychodrama in 2015 with a focus on Pedagogical Psychodrama, but I did not finish it due to the Master abroad, starting in 2016. From 2018 onwards, I worked on several projects in Finland, such as: Portuguese teacher at the community college Joensuun seudun kansalaisopisto; assistant for research and planning of Bachelor's and Master's courses at the Faculty of Education/UEF, temporary professor to facilitate the workshop on the ATLAS.ti 8 program at the Faculty of Education/UEF; developer of Open Educational Resources for the eCraft2Learn - Digital Fabrication and Maker Movement project (funded by the EU H2020 program); coordinator of international students in the Opinsauna/UEF program, aimed at welcoming refugees to Finland; trainer of university professors at the KNAU/Kyrgyz University of Agriculture, module "Social interactions in teaching and learning"; collaborator in the planning of international projects between Brazil, Finland and other countries to receive funding. I am currently an educational consultant for Eduix Ltd., a leader in educational software development in Finland. I am also a PhD student at UEF, with my research focus on "Competence for learning and continuing education of pedagogy students, an intercultural perspective between Brazil and Finland". My doctoral research takes place in partnership with the UFC Faculty of Education, in co-supervision with prof. Francisca Geny Lustosa.
