Description of activity
I represent the Faculty of Philosophy in the team of university lecturers responsible for pedagogical development at UEF. We spend 60% of our working hours on pedagogical development tasks and 40% on our core duties. At the core of our activities is supporting curriculum development and pedagogical solutions in a research-based and practical manner. Our goal is to highlight good teaching and promote the sharing of effective practices and pedagogically sound solutions in collaboration with various parties.
At the beginning of 2026, I started in the role of Deputy Head of Department for Education at the Department of Education and Psychology, with a 40% workload allocation.
