Description of activity
I´m a Doctor of Science (Economics and Business Administration) and currently work as a Project Manager in a circular economy project. In addition, I teach courses in UEF Business School and in Work and organizational psychology. My research and publications focus on micro-level sustainability topics in working life, such as self-management, resilience, fear of change, and metacognitive skills. I am also a passionate endurance athlete.
